Earthbound Cafe’s team has deep roots in the culinary world, with a collective commitment to providing exceptional food and a genuine love for our community. Josh has been a part of our story since 1998, bringing his vast experience in cookbooks, events and innovative cuisine to every dish. Nicolas and Jessica have both been with the cafe since 2001, each contributing their unique skills and expertise to create a welcoming atmosphere and delicious offerings. At our vegan cafe, food is a beautiful language, and we aim to speak it fluently through every meal we serve.
